I think … we should rethink our eschewal of baby’s breath. In lavish quantities, all-by-itself, it’s so pretty and so soft. Like lace.

I totally agree! I’m not sure why, but lately I’ve been bit by the BB Bug too! This year for V-Day I requested a giant bouquet of nothing but baby’s breath…and a oversized heart shaped box of candy. Where has the flowers snob I once was gone???
I love this- it really does remind me of lace… who would have thought! I’ve never been too into flowers- I never appreciated them like most women- but the BB here is just so chic! I love!
It’s all a part of the silly “trend” definition business. I’ve always thought baby’s breath had such a simple ethereal (and yes, budget-friendly) quality that I couldn’t fathom the immediate bridal dismissal. Thank you.
