Those of you who know me well know that I spend lots of time (and also lots and lots of money) on Etsy. Given the choice, I’d probably buy just about everything from the artisans on that site. So … with help from my wonderful assistant, Kate, we’ve opened our own etsy shop. We have lots of new ideas and will shortly be offering some of our pretty alternative process handmade prints (and not just the ones you’ve seen floating around our site!). But in the meantime, feel free to troll around. We’ve got watercolor paper prints of some of our favorite travel photographs up for sale.
Our Etsy shop can be found {here}.

I spend untold hours scouring the internet for things I can ♥. I say ♥ because I like to like them, even when I don’t need them myself. Here are some delicious vintage items from 13 Bees’ shop via etsy.

Well … I might need that black dress … In any case, there are zillions more finds on etsy, and lots more on 13 Bees. Happy shopping …

Yes, please! We were just discussing the idea of the environmentally-conscious wedding dress. And today on etsy (I looooove etsy), I found this simple, stylish doily dress from Tawny Holt’s Armour sans Anguish. I love this dress—it totally brings back memories of raiding my grandmother’s treasure trove of doilies, but it’s also irresistibly modern and romantic. Each dress is environmentally conscious: it’ll be fashioned from found, re-purposed doilies and made by Tawny, a local artisan (if you live in California, as I do).

If I could have one wish, it would be for capelets to catch on with brides … with my brides. (Secretly, I’d want to wear a non-white one, like this one from Holly Stalder, to weddings, but I think the poufy part would get all mashed by my four camera straps. Hmm …).
